Potatoes, Chicken and Green Beans
Ingredients:
1. 1-2 lbs boneless chicken breasts (thawed)
2. 6-8 medium red potatoes cubed
3. -2 Cups of fresh green beans (if you do not like green beans you can replace with corn or peas)
4. Olive oil (to coat potatoes)
5. Pepper
6. Salt
7. Garlic Salt
8. Balsamic Vinaigrette
9. 2 Cups of Cheese
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Prepare casserole dish
3. Cut and toss the potatoes in olive oil and seasoning
4. Cube the chicken and toss in olive oil and seasoning
5. Clip the tips of the green beans, and cut into smaller pieces.
6. Mix potatoes and chicken in one bowl and add extra seasoning if desired. Add the clipped green beans to the mix.
7. Lay out the mixture in the casserole dish and spread out
8. Pour salad dressing lightly over the mixture and stir
9. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes
10. Remove chicken and stir.
11. Cook for another 20 minutes, remove and stir
12. Pour a little more dressing over top and stir
13. Cook for another 10 minutes
14. Remove chicken, stir, and pour 1 cup of cheese over mixture and stir
15. Pour another cup of cheese over the top and place in oven for 10 minutes
16. Then DONE :)
